I create inclusive games and a safe space for everyone to enjoy their hobby without worrying about encountering nasty people. I try to build representation and empowerment into my narratives and worlds!

I paint minis, design games, learn about science, go on hikes, play video games, run the Pride Club at my college, and try to bolster my resume to work at Wizards one day!

Do you have a current project?

My YouTube channel Tabletop Roleplaying Gays is my pet project!

How did you get into tabletop gaming?

I love fantasy and my friends at a summer camp I worked at introduced me to dnd and it gave me a sense of being able to change my surroundings unlike real life so I was hooked.

What do you love about tabletop games?

I love how I can explore worlds and stand up for myself and explore my personality without any real world repercussions and I get to hang out with friends and create whole worlds so why not love it.

Have you overcome any obstacles in tabletop gaming?

Absolutely, I’ve been excluded for being a trans woman, for being a lesbian, for being autistic, for complaining about sexual violence in a game etc. That’s why I created my youtube channel, to make a space to avoid that.

What would your advice be to women who are interested in tabletop gaming?

Definitely play! Find a local game store and ask around, or check online to see if there are any groups because there usually are, and if you run into cruddy people, back out and try to find a better group!

What kind of characters are you drawn to play?

I rarely play meek or soft spoken characters because I did that my whole life, I make my characters strong willed and bada** and assertive and lived vicariously through them until I became the same.

Is there a woman in tabletop who you think we should highlight?

Holly Conrad, Hadeel, and Dael Kingsmill! They’re all amazing
